Why do tai chi?

To find balance between body and mind, improve strength, build co-ordination, increase concentration.

What is it?

An ancient Chinese art, born on the battlefield and refined over centuries to focus on the health benefits.

What will I get from it?

Better balance, flexibility and strength. Improved co-ordination and grace in movement. Relaxation and focus.

What can I expect from a class?

A short warm up, some breathing exercises, and then group practice of the form (the movements that make tai-chi).

6.00 to 7.30pm. £7 per session.

The Space, Burston

8.00 to 9.00pm. £6 per session (paid as six week blocks in advance).

Tuesday

Stanton Community Village Hall

5.30 to 6.30pm. £6 per session.

Wednesday

Old Buckenham Village Hall

5.45 to 6.45pm. £6 per session.
